Abstract:
Disclosed is a stator winder wire winding and wire arranging apparatus, comprising a mounting plate (1) and a control host, wherein the mounting plate (1) is provided with a rotating electric motor (10), a stator fixing device (12) is fixed at a movable end of the rotating electric motor (10) via a support rod (11); a longitudinal upright plate (13) is fixed on the mounting plate (1), the upright plate (13) is provided with a driving electric motor (130) and a reciprocating lead screw (131) driven by the driving electric motor (130); a wire winding plate (14) is fixed by a lead screw nut of the reciprocating lead screw (131); the wire winding plate (14) is provided with a wire winding rod (140) and a driving air cylinder (141) for driving the wire winding rod (140) to transversely move and wind wire in a reciprocating manner, an end of the wire winding rod (140) is provided with a wire winding head (142) bent downwards; the rotating electric motor (10) is electrically connected to the control host and rotates forwards and backwards under the control thereof, and the driving electric motor (130) and the driving air cylinder (141) are both electrically connected to the control host and under the control thereof. The whole structure is simple, low in weight and has a high wire arranging stability, the density of coils is high, and the apparatus is easy to assemble and debug and perform automated control.
