Abstract:

The present invention accurately determines a deterioration status of a secondary battery with respect to a practical current value. Provided is a status determining apparatus for a secondary battery having a positive electrode and a negative electrode, said status determining apparatus determining a capacity reduction parameter group (A) on the basis of a current value (A) and charge/discharge characteristics of the positive electrode and the negative electrode with respect to a reference quantity, and determining a resistance increase parameter group (B) on the basis of the capacity reduction parameter group (A), the charge/discharge characteristics of the positive electrode and the negative electrode with respect to the reference quantity, and a current value (B) larger than the current value (A). A status determining method for a secondary battery, a secondary battery system, and a charge/discharge control apparatus having the status determining apparatus are also provided.
