Abstract:
A steady liposomal composition is manufactured by using hydrogenated saturated
phospholipid, cholesterol, and sodium or potassium salt of cholesterol sulfate
as main film-forming lipid, using sucrose as lyophilizing excipient, and using
the method of thin film evaporation-lyophilizing. This liposome is suitable
for carrier of anticancer drug paclitaxel.
