Abstract:
A sealing ring (3) and a cooking appliance, the sealing ring (3) comprising: a connecting part (31), a support part (32), a compression part (33), and a sealing part (34) connected in sequence, the connecting part (31) being connected onto a lid (1), the support part (32) being inclined upward along the direction from outside to inside, and the compression part (33) being gradually inclined downward along the direction from outside to inside, a cavity having an inward facing opening being formed at the connection point of the support part (32) and the compression part (33); when the lid is closed, the sealing part (34) moves toward the open end of the cavity (4), and in a closed lid state, the sealing part (34) seals the open end of the cavity (4), and the compression part (33) attaches to an inner pot (2). When the present sealing ring is in a closed lid state, the compression part (33) attaches to an inner pot (2), and the sealing part (34) seals the open end of the cavity (4) to form a sealed cavity (5); the sealing part (34) in the sealing ring (3) seals the cavity (4) by means of the increase in the amount of compression; the sealing ring (3) has a simplified structure, and after the cavity is sealed, the formation of condensate is reduced.
