Abstract:
The invention relates to a steam cleaning device (10) comprising a flow heater (22) that can be electrically heated, which flow heater has an inlet (20) to which a pump (16) is attached via a supply line (18), said pump being connected to a water tank (14), and which flow heater has an outlet (24) to which a steam output member (28) is attached via a steam line (26), wherein the pump (16) can be controlled in accordance with the pressure in the steam line (26). According to the invention, in order to develop the steam cleaning device (10) in such a way that it can be produced more cost-effectively, and the output of steam can be better controlled by the user, the steam output member (28) has a manually actuatable steam output valve (30), and the steam line (26) forms a steam receiving space, extending up to the steam output valve (30), for receiving steam when the steam output valve (30) is closed.
