Abstract:
A steam combustion-supporting burner, mainly consisting of a furnace body (1), a furnace plate (2), fans, a steam generator (4), a smoke exhaust pipe (3) and a feeder device; the furnace plate (2) is disposed inside the furnace body (1); the fans communicate with an air inlet below the furnace plate (2) on the furnace body (1) via a blast pipe; the steam generator (4) feeds the generated steam into the furnace body (1) via a steam pipe (5); the smoke exhaust pipe (3) is disposed at the upper part of the side or top of the furnace body (1); and the burner is provided with a high-pressure fan (6) and a low-pressure fan (7). In a steam combustion-supporting structure, combustible gas is blown into the smoke exhaust pipe (3) for combustion under the action of the high-pressure fan (6), thus increasing the temperature of the smoke exhaust pipe (3) of the burner, and being environmentally friendly and energy saving.
