The present invention relates to a steam convection oven and, more specifically, to a steam convection oven comprising: a cooking chamber having a space therein divided by a guide plate as a boundary, and having a convection fan and a heating part, which are accommodated in one space between the divided space; a steam generator communicating with the cooking chamber through a steam pipe so as to supply steam into the cooking chamber; and a drain tank for storing washing water drained from the cooking chamber, and further comprising: a water feed pipe connected to the steam generator so as to supply the washing water into the steam generator; and a first pump motor provided in a pipe for connecting the steam generator and the cooking chamber, wherein the steam convection oven has a washing path for washing the steam generator with washing water, which is initially supplied into the steam generator through the water feed pipe, then washing the cooking chamber by forcing the washing water remaining in the steam generator to flow into the cooking chamber by a pumping operation of the first pump motor, and draining, into the drain tank, the washing water remaining in the cooking chamber.
