Abstract:
A steam cooker body (300) comprises a cooker bottom (310) and sidewalls (320) surrounding the cooker bottom (310). The sidewalls (320) are inclined relative the cooker bottom (310), and the connection part between inner surfaces of the sidewalls (320) and the inner surface of the cooker bottom (310) is smooth. A mounting hole is formed in the middle of the cooker bottom (310), and a steam nozzle is disposed in the mounting hole. A transverse air spay channel (120) is formed in the steam nozzle. With the arrangement, when steam sprayed by the steam nozzle hits the side walls (320), the steam continues upward to hit a steam cooker lid; when the steam rising along the side walls (320) comes together, the steam changes direction to flow downward to hit the food; the steam distribution is more uniform in the whole process, the food is effectively heated, and the boiling time is shortened.
