Abstract:
Provided is a steam film-sealing machine, comprising a case (1) and a conveyor belt (2), wherein the case is provided with a feed port (3) and a discharge port (4), the conveyor belt passes through the feed port and the discharge port to convey materials, two sides inside the case are provided with several vent pipes (5), each of the vent pipes is provided with several vent holes (6), the vent pipes are connected to a gas supply device (8) by means of a gas inlet pipe (7), and a top end of the case is provided with a first gas discharge cylinder (9) for discharging gas. The steam film-sealing machine has a rational structural design and can realize automatic film sealing. By providing a pre-shaping device to pre-shape a plastic film on a material bottle and then blowing high-pressure air out of the obliquely arranged vent pipes, complete packaging of plastic film is realized, and the surface is esthetically-pleasing, without wrinkles, lobes and other defects.
