Abstract:
Steam generated from a steam generator is fed through an external circulation passage to a heating chamber. The steam generator comprises a tubular pot where the sidewall constituting a vertical surface has a flat planar outline and an elongated horizontal cross-section, a steam generating heater disposed on the bottom of the pot, and a steam sucking section extending in the direction intersecting the axis of the pot above the pot. The steam sucking section comprises a plurality of steam suction ejectors formed to extend from one flat side face to the other flat side face of the pot. Steam exiting the steam suction ejector flows through a duct into a sub-cavity contiguous to the heating chamber where it is heated by means of a gas temperature raising heater before being fed into the heating chamber.
