Abstract:
A steam generator and a cooling water flow resistance regulating method in a steam generator,
wherein a heat transfer pipe group (38) consisting of a plurality of heat transfer
pipes (37) in an inverted U-shape to allow primary cooling water to flow therethrough
is disposed in a shell portion (31), the end of each heat transfer pipe (37) is supported
by a pipe sheet (33), a lower semispherical end plate (39) is fixed to the lower
end of the shell portion (31), an inlet side water chamber (41) communicating
with one end of each heat transfer pipe (37) is provided and an outlet side water
chamber (42) communicating with the other end of each heat transfer pipe (37)
is also provided, and two flow resistance regulating plates (51, 52) as primary
cooling water flow resistance regulating means are detachably provided at an
inlet nozzle (43) provided at the inlet side water chamber (41) to regulate primary
cooling water flow resistance flowing through the heat transfer pipe group,
whereby it is possible to prevent heat recovery efficiency from lowering.
