Abstract:
The utility model relates to nuclear engineering, and more particularly to steam generators for nuclear power plants. The aim of this utility model is to improve the manufacturability of a steam generator. The technical result of the utility model is a simplification of the process for manufacturing and assembling partitions for inlet and outlet headers. This technical result is achieved in that in a steam generator comprising a housing, an inlet header and an outlet header mounted in said housing and having a horizontal bundle of heat exchange tubes connected thereto, an inlet header partition consisting of vertical side plates and a longitudinal plate, an outlet header partition consisting of vertical side plates and a longitudinal plate, a submerged perforated plate mounted above the bundle of heat exchange tubes, a perforated steam receiving plate mounted in the upper part of the housing, and a steam outlet manifold, the junctions between the longitudinal plate and the side plates of the inlet header partition and the junctions between the longitudinal plate and the side plates of the outlet header partition are in the form of bevelled edges.
