Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steam heat exchanger, comprising a composite header. A first-stage steam inlet header and a second-stage steam inlet header are arranged above the composite header, and the composite header and the second-stage steam inlet header are communicated with each other by means of a transition tube; two sets of heat exchange tubes or heat exchange plates are further comprised, wherein inlet and outlet ends of the first set of heat exchange tubes or heat exchange plates are respectively connected to the first-stage steam inlet header and the composite header, and inlet and outlet ends of the second set of heat exchange tubes or heat exchange plates are respectively connected to the second-stage steam inlet header and the composite header. The present invention improves a steam flow rate in the first-stage steam inlet header and in the heat exchange plates (tubes) in a flow direction of a condensate, accelerates the discharge speed of a condensate film, greatly reduces the thickness of the condensate film, produces turbulence, and greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency in the first set of heat exchange plates (tubes). According to the present invention, a pipeline structure comprising the header is greatly simplified, and secondary pipeline connection between heat exchanger sets is reduced, making it easier and more convenient to process and assemble.
