Abstract:
A steam-heated multi-layer film evaporator, a housing of the multi-layer film evaporator comprising therein: a three-layer evaporation cylinder core (1), wherein layers are distributed in an inside-outside nesting manner; a limit plate (2) used for fixing the three-layer evaporation cylinder core (1); a feeding tube (6), a heating medium inlet tube (7) and a heating medium outlet tube (8) that are interweavingly fixed in order below the limit plate (2); a rotary rack main shaft (3) penetrating through the center of the three-layer evaporation cylinder core (1); a rotary rack (4) that is fixed on the rotary rack main shaft (3) and may rotate along with the rotary rack main shaft (3); and a motor assembly (9) that is connected to a top end of the rotary rack main shaft (3) and may drive the rotary rack main shaft (3) to rotate. The housing of the multi-layer film evaporator forms a confined space by means of an upper cover (10) and a lower cover (11), and shaft axes of the three-layer evaporation cylinder core (1) are all the same.
