Abstract:

This steam heating mask (100) includes: a mask (110) which has a mask main body (101) that covers a wearer's nose and mouth when worn, and a pair of ear piece portions (102) provided on left and right edges of the mask main body (101); and a water vapor generation body (120) on the mask main body (101). An area occupied by the water vapor generation body (120) is 30% to 80% of an area of the entire surface of the mask main body (101) on a side of the wearer. The water vapor generation body (120) accommodates a water vapor generation portion therein and includes a first sheet on a surface of the water vapor generation portion on the side of the wearer and a second sheet on a surface opposite the surface of the water vapor generation portion on the side of the wearer, the air permeability of the first sheet being 7000 sec/100 ml or less and the air permeability of the second sheet being over 8000 sec/100 ml.
