Abstract:
Steam processing equipment (100) comprises a medium pressure steam header (SMH) that accommodates medium pressure steam, a low pressure steam header (SLH) that accommodates low pressure steam, a plurality of processing units (10) to which the medium pressure steam header (SMH) and the low pressure steam header (SLH) are connected, and a low pressure steam compressing unit (30) that increases the pressure of the low pressure steam supplied from the low pressure steam header (SLH) and supplies the same as medium pressure steam to the medium pressure steam header (SMH). The low pressure steam generated by each processing unit (10) is recovered to the low pressure steam header (SLH). The low pressure steam recovered to the low pressure steam header (SLH) is supplied to each processing unit (10) via the medium pressure steam header (SMH) after being pressurized to medium steam by the low pressure steam compressing unit (30).
