Abstract:
A steam rice cooker comprises a machine body (100) and a pot (200). The machine body (100) is provided with a steam generator and is laterally provided with an open space (10). A machine head (1) is provided at a top portion of the open space (10). The open space (10) is used to accommodate the pot (200). The pot (200) comprises a pot body (3) and a pot lid (2, 300). The pot lid (2, 300) is provided with a receiving portion to align and connect with the machine head (1). The machine head (1) is provided with a steam outlet (11). The steam outlet (11) communicates with the steam generator. The receiving portion (4) is provided with a steam inlet (41, 310). The steam outlet (11) is used to align and connect with the steam inlet (41, 310). Retrieval and placement of the pot is facilitated by means of the open space (10). Steam is introduced into the pot body (3) via the steam outlet (11) of the machine head (1). The steam permeates a cooking cavity formed by the pot body (3) and the pot lid (2, 300), realizing omni-directional heating within the cooking cavity, enabling uniform heating within the pot body, and overcoming the drawback of uneven heating caused by heating the pot body (3) only from the bottom or from the sides.
