Abstract:
A steam source system based on a steam-liquid ejector pressurization and flashing technology, relating to the technical field of waste heat utilization and steam generation. The system comprises a steam-liquid ejector, a flash tank, and a heater. Low-pressure water sucked from the flash tank is heated and pressurized by the steam-liquid ejector by using high-pressure steam, is heated by the heater, and then enters the flash tank to be flashed to low-pressure saturated steam; and unflashed saturated water is collected at the bottom of the flash tank, and is communicated with an ejection inlet of the steam-liquid ejector through a lead-out pipe at the bottom, thereby implementing cyclic pressurization and flashing. Meanwhile, a water replenishing pump transfers the low-temperature water to the flash tank to ensure continuous and stable operation of the steam source system; and a heating source of the heater is the tail flue gas of a steam boiler or other available medium- and low-temperature waste heat. The system generates multiple times of low-pressure flashed saturated steam with a small amount of high-pressure steam, realizes the recycling of waste heat such as tail flue gas of a boiler, improves the economy of process steam, and provides a flexible and adjustable steam source for heavy oil thermal recovery equipment, seawater desalination equipment, or sewage treatment equipment.
