Abstract:
A steam system comprises a boiler for supplying steam to a header on the high pressure side, a turbine provided between the header on the high pressure side and a header on the low pressure side, an auxiliary boiler, and a controller. The controller outputs a first control input signal based on the pressure of the header on the low pressure side and a pressure set value, outputs a second control input signal indicating a value at the time of power failure that is the value of the first control input signal at the time of system outage, outputs a third control input signal indicating the sum of the value at the time of power failure and an control input corresponding to the increment of steam, outputs the first control input signal as a fourth control input signal before the occurrence of the system outage, outputs the third control input signal as the fourth control input signal for a predetermined time after the occurrence of the system outage, outputs the first control input signal as the fourth control input signal upon elapsing of a predetermined time after the occurrence of the system outage, and controls steam supply amount from the auxiliary boiler to the header on the low pressure side based on the fourth control input signal. With such a steam system, pressure variations can be minimized when the system outage occurs.
