Abstract:
A steam turbine device, comprising an oil pool (1), a first oil pump (10), a second oil pump (11), an oil inlet pipe (6), and an oil return pipe (8). The first oil pump (10) and the second oil pump (11) are provided above the oil pool (1), and the first oil pump (10) and the second oil pump (11) are separately communicated with an oil supply pipe (3) by means of a check valve; the check valve is provided on the oil supply pipe (3), and the oil supply pipe (3) is separately connected to the oil inlet pipe (6) and a first auxiliary oil pipe (5); the oil inlet pipe (6) is communicated with a bearing box (7); the first auxiliary oil pipe (5) is connected to a reserve oil tank (4), and a valve is provided on the first auxiliary oil pipe (5); the reserve oil tank (4) is located at a higher position than the bearing box (7) is, the reserve oil tank (4) is communicated with the oil pool (1) by means of a second auxiliary oil pipe (2), and an overflow valve is provided on the second auxiliary oil pipe (2); a cooling unit (9) is provided above the oil pool (1), and the bearing box (7) is connected to the cooling unit (9) by means of the oil return pipe (8). The steam turbine device has a simple structure. During a normal operation process, cooling oil enters the high-level reserve oil tank (4) by means of the first auxiliary oil pipe (5) while entering the bearing box (7); when an oil pump of a desuperheating system has a failure and stops operating, oil in the reserve oil tank (4) enters the bearing box (7) by means of the first auxiliary oil pipe (5) and the oil inlet pipe (6) under static pressure, so that enough time duration is left for processing the oil pump.
