Abstract:
The present invention is a steam turbine plant and an operating method, and a combined cycle plant and an operating method, wherein the present invention comprises: a turbine (31); steam supply lines (L11, L14) that supply main steam to the turbine (31); a steam control valve (42) and an intercept valve (49) provided to the steam supply lines (L11, L14); and a first auxiliary steam supply line (L31) that supplies auxiliary steam to the turbine (31) via the steam supply lines (L11, L14) which are located farther downstream than the steam control valve (42) and the intercept valve (49).
