Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of steamers. Disclosed is a steamer for use in the preparation of polyolefin by means of an SPG process. The steamer comprises a cylinder body, wherein the top of the cylinder body is provided with a feed port and a gas outlet; one side of a lower portion of the cylinder body is provided with a gas inlet; the bottom of the cylinder body is provided with a discharge port; a stirring shaft is arranged in the cylinder body; and the top of the stirring shaft is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism. In the present invention, since the length-diameter ratio of the cylinder body is reduced, the contact area between gas and materials is increased, such that a residence time of cold gas after heat exchange is shortened, thereby improving the efficiency of drying. In the present invention, the stirring shaft is configured as a hollow shaft, and a ventilation pipe is connected thereabove for spraying steam, such that a heat source is added, thereby improving the efficiency of drying. In the present invention, by means of the provision of a rotary joint, the aim of conversion from an external heat source to rotary blades is achieved.
