Abstract:
The present application provides a steaming and roasting combination machine. By setting a vessel connected to a steam generating device, the whole device can independently perform steaming work, meanwhile roasting work can be performed inside the combination machine. Through the above setting manner, two different food materials can be processed simultaneously in the steaming area (vessel) and the roasting area (roasting tray), therefore, the defect that the barbecue combination machine in the prior art can only perform simultaneous steaming and roasting work on one type of food material, resulting in lower working efficiency. Meanwhile, by setting a steam connection pipe, steam can be injected into the vessel as much as possible, therefore, it is beneficial to improve the efficiency of using steam, and the stability of the work of the vessel can be ensured at the same time.
