Abstract:
A steel ball abrasion testing machine, comprising a material box body (1), a material clearing door (11) being provided at the front side or rear side of the material box body (1); a rotating shaft (2) and a rotating shaft drive mechanism (3), the left end of the rotating shaft (2) being rotatably supported on the left box wall of the material box body (1) and extending outside a box cavity (12) of the material box body (1) to have a transmission connection with the rotating shaft drive mechanism (3), the middle of the rotating shaft (2) being positioned inside the box cavity (12), testing steel ball fixing rods (21) being arranged at intervals on the middle of the rotating shaft (2), the right end of the rotating shaft (2) being rotatably supported on the right box wall of the material box body (1), and the rotating shaft drive mechanism (3) being positioned on the material box body (1) in a position corresponding to the right end of the rotating shaft (2). The testing machine allows testing by steel balls in a simulated service environment, preventing blindness, reflecting a well-targeted approach, and being able to guarantee the acquisition of real data.
