Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steel ball testing apparatus, comprising: an apparatus table; a steel ball supplying unit provided at one side of the apparatus table, for supplying steel balls to be tested; a steel ball loading unit provided at an upper region of the apparatus table, to be loaded with the steel balls supplied from the steel ball supplying unit, such that the steel balls are capable of being spun, to perform defect testing on the steel balls; a defect examining unit disposed adjacent to the steel ball loading unit, for examining the steel balls spun on the steel ball loading unit for defects; and a steel ball sorting unit provided on the apparatus table, for sorting the steel balls into a normal line and a defective line according to examined results from the defect examining unit. Accordingly, not only the exteriors, but also the interiors of steel balls can be accurately measured for flaws and defects, and the apparatus, which has a relatively simple configuration, can safely and continuously test steel balls without failing easily or malfunctioning.
