Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fitness equipment devices. Disclosed are a steel disc counterweight-type dumbbell and a production process and method therefor. The dumbbell comprises a handle, a holding sleeve, dumbbell discs, a locking component and a dumbbell placement seat, wherein the holding sleeve is fixedly mounted in the middle of a side wall of the handle, two dumbbell discs are respectively mounted at two ends of the side wall of the handle, and the dumbbell discs are formed by combining a plurality of iron discs by means of screws. The steel disc counterweight-type dumbbell and production process and method therefor simplify the production process of the steel disc counterweight-type dumbbell, and have convenient operations. Not only are the production costs of the dumbbell reduced, but pollution to the environment during the dumbbell production process is also reduced.
