Abstract:
Provided is a steel drum rotary cleaning device, comprising a support base (1), wherein an overturning driving mechanism (2) is arranged on the support base (1); a transverse output shaft (3) is arranged on the overturning driving mechanism (2); a placement rack (4) is fixedly connected to the transverse output shaft (3); a bottom rotary disk (5) accommodating a steel drum (32) to be cleaned is arranged on the placement rack (4); the bottom rotary disk (5) is controlled to rotate by a rotary driving mechanism (6); a connection seat (7), which is driven by a first lifting mechanism to move in a reciprocating manner relative to the bottom rotary disk (5), is arranged above the bottom rotary disk (5); the connection seat (7) is provided with a top press disk (8) pressed on a surface of the steel drum (32); one side of the top press disk (8) is provided with a mounting seat (16), which is driven by a second lifting mechanism; and a hollow tube (17) is arranged on the mounting seat, one end of the hollow tube (17) is provided with a sealing cover connector (18) matching an orifice (33) of the steel drum (32), and the other end of the hollow tube (17) is connected to a cleaning pipeline. By means of the steel drum rotary cleaning device, the requirement for rotational cleaning is met, without needing to repeatedly assemble and disassemble a sealing member, such that the sealing performance of an orifice is guaranteed, and the treatment of a cleaning fluid is facilitated, and the device is thus convenient to use.
