Abstract:
A steel pipe cutting device capable of preventing shifting, comprising a box body (1), wherein a fourth partition plate (18) is fixedly mounted at the left side of an inner portion of the box body (1), and the fourth partition plate (18) divides the inner portion of the box body (1) into a left chamber and a right chamber; a movable rod (20) that is located at the upper side of a partition plate is slidably mounted at the fourth partition plate (18), and a push plate (19) is fixedly mounted at a right end of the movable rod (20); a sector gear (9) is also rotatably mounted at an inner portion of the right chamber, a first partition plate (2) located at the right side of the sector gear (9) is fixedly mounted at the inner portion of the right chamber, a rack (3) is slidably mounted at the left side of the first partition plate (2), an upper end of the rack (3) is fixedly connected to a top wall of the right chamber by means of a second spring (8), and a left side of the rack (3) is engaged with the sector gear (9). The cutting device does not require manual operation by a worker, improves the efficiency of cutting a steel pipe, prevents the shifting of the steel pipe when being cut, and improves the cutting effect of the steel pipe.
