Abstract:
Disclosed is a steel pipe pile that is open at the excavation-wise front end; that is hollow; and that is provided with a constant diameter section the diameter of which is constant, and a tip section such that the internal shape dimensions thereof and the external shape dimensions thereof gradually decrease toward said front end. The peripheral surface of the tip section is provided with protrusions which extend from the front end toward the aft end in such a way as to cover a portion or the whole of the end-to-end distance, and which project outward in the radial direction of the tip section.
