Abstract:
A steel plate cutting apparatus, comprising a conveying mechanism and a cutting mechanism. The conveying mechanism is a trolley (1). The trolley (1) is a frame structure. Four vertical frames (2) of the trolley (1) are telescoping rods and controlled by an electric motor to be lifted or lowered. Rollers (3) are provided on upper surface frames of the trolley (1). The rollers (3) are controlled to rotate by a miniature electric motor inside the trolley (1). The conveying mechanism is used for conveying raw materials and workpiece blanks. The four vertical frames (2) of the trolley (1) are adjustable; hence, the height of the trolley (1) can be adjusted on the basis of raw material conditions. Wheels (4) are provided at the bottom of the trolley (1). Braking apparatuses (5) are provided on the wheels (4). This greatly increases the mobility of the trolley (1). The braking apparatuses (5) ensure that the trolley (1) does not run off course during a conveying process. The cutting mechanism comprises a workbench (6). A limiting plate (7) is provided on one side of the upper surface of the workbench (6). Several conveying belts (8) are provided from the left to right at the middle position of the workbench (6). A lifting/lowering mechanism is provided under the conveying belts (8). Gaps are retained between the conveying belts (8). The limiting plate (7) prevents a steel plate from overrunning a cutting work station.
