Abstract:
A steel rail weld seam full-section milling and grinding machine, comprising a first body frame (1-1) and a second body frame (2-2) which are rotatably connected by means of a positioning middle shaft (2-6). A rail top positioning block (2-4) is provided on one side of the positioning middle shaft (2-6); the first and second body frames are provided with rail waist positioning blocks (2-5) oppositely on the side of the rail top positioning block (2-4) away from the positioning middle shaft (2-6), and a driving mechanism is provided between the first and second body frames and is used for driving the first and second body frames to relatively rotate around the positioning middle shaft (2-6) so as to clamp and loosen a steel rail (5-1) by means of the rail top positioning block and the rail waist positioning blocks; a machining space is formed between the first and second body frames, and a milling and grinding system (1-3) for milling and grinding steel rails is provided in the machining space. The overall structure can be simplified, the positioning distance is greatly shortened, the device rigidity is improved, and the positioning reference deviation is ensured to be within a reasonable range; and the machine takes a steel rail as a fixed reference, milling and grinding are performed along the surface of the steel rail, and a complicated measuring apparatus is not needed.
