Abstract:
Provided are: a steel sheet having high strength, high ductility, excellent stretch flange formability, and favorable chemical conversion properties; a member; and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet and the member. In this steel sheet: the component composition contains a specific amount of C, Si, Mn, P, S, sol. Al, and N in mass%; the sum of polygonal ferrite, upper bainite, residual γ, fresh martensite, tempered martensite, and lower bainite, and the remaining structure are a specific proportion; the number of fresh martensite particles and residual γ particles having an equivalent circle diameter of less than 1.2 μm is a specific proportion; and the number of fresh martensite particles and residual γ particles having an aspect ratio of at least 2.5 and an equivalent circle diameter of at least 1.2 μm is a specific proportion.
