Abstract:
With respect to a steel sheet being configured to be formed into a complicated shape that makes the press forming difficult, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a steel sheet and a method for producing the same, the steel sheet including a lubricating coating film that has a low sliding resistance at a portion where there is a high crack formation risk when the sheet is press-formed and that has excellent press formation properties at a portion which is subjected to a high surface pressure and at which the occurrence of mold galling is foreseen. The steel sheet has an organic resin coating film formed on each surface thereof at a rate of 0.2 g/m2-2.0 g/m2, the coating film having an indentation composite Young's modulus of 20-50 GPa and an indentation hardness of 0.5-1.5 GPa, or an indentation composite Young's modulus of at least 10 GPa and less than 20 GPa and an indentation hardness of 0.2-0.5 GPa.
