Abstract:
Provided are: a steel sheet which has excellent scratch resistance; a method for producing this steel sheet; and a secondary cold rolling mill. A steel sheet according to the present invention has an HR30T hardness of 68 or more and a specular gloss at 20° of 120 or less. This steel sheet is produced by sequentially subjecting a steel bar to hot rolling, first cold rolling and annealing in this order, and subsequently to a second cold rolling with use of a bright roll that has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.15-0.25 μm and a dull roll that has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 1.5-3.0 μm and a PPI of 250 or more.
