Abstract:
A steel sheet pile manufacturing method for manufacturing a steel sheet pile formed by mounting a joint onto a spiral steel pipe that is formed by bending belt-shaped steel sheets into a spiral shape and welding adjacent steel sheets together at their widthwise edges, said method comprising a shot peening step for performing shot peening on the spiral steel pipe, and a joint mounting step for mounting and welding the joint onto the spiral steel pipe after the shot peening step.
