Abstract:
A steel strip packaging machine which may staggeredly shear steel strips and a steel strip packaging method, the steel strip packaging machine comprising : a first knife seat (1) and a second knife seat (2), wherein the first knife seat (1) may move along an axial direction, and the first knife seat (1) is provided with a first knife die (11) and a shear blade (12), while the second knife seat (2) is provided with a second knife die (21) which matches the first knife die (11); further comprised is a strip guiding component, the strip guiding part being arranged against the shear blade (12), wherein a steel strip (3) may pass through the strip guiding component and bind goods to be bundled, and a gap for rewinding the steel strip which binds the goods to be bundled is provided between the strip guiding component and the second knife seat (2). The steel strip packaging machine which may staggeredly shear steel sheets may cut steel strips while only requiring light pressing force.
