Abstract:
A steel structure fireproof coiled material having a functional layer and a manufacturing method for the material. The fireproof coiled material consists of a fireproof layer and the functional layer. The fireproof layer consists of a macromolecular solid resin, an intumescent flame retardant, a dispersing additive, and an enhancing additive. The functional layer is manufactured by adding a functional filler onto a material base of the fireproof layer. The fireproof layer and the functional layer respectively are agitated, extruded, granulized, calendered into sheets, then compositely calendered, and coiled into the coiled material. The fireproof coiled material is convenient to use and the manufacturing method therefor has a high production efficiency.
