Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a steel structure workshop welding fume collection and purification system and method. The system comprises local dust removal devices and roof electrostatic dust removal ventilators, wherein the roof electrostatic dust removal ventilators are arranged on a roof of a large steel structure workshop, and metal dust collection electrodes and corona electrodes are perpendicular to a ridge of the roof and are arranged in parallel; and the local dust removal devices are arranged at welding stations inside the workshop. The local dust removal devices provided in the present invention are flexible and adjustable, and collect and purify welding fumes for the first time; at the same time, purified exhaust air serves as replacement air supply power to be introduced into the middle of the workshop, so that the fumes that are further diluted break through a fume retention layer to continue to move upwards; and the welding fumes in the workshop are then secondarily collected and purified by means of the roof electrostatic dust removal ventilators provided in the present invention.
