Abstract:
Provided by the present utility model is a steel track beam installation mould which is applied to the technical field of rail transit construction. A mould bottom plate (1) of the steel track beam installation mould is connected to reserved steel bars (18). Adjustment tubes (4) are arranged between the mould bottom plate (1) and a steel beam bottom plate (3). A steel beam lug plate I (6) is connected to a bottom plate lug plate I (9) on one side of the mold bottom plate (1) by means of an inverted chain hoist I (8). A steel beam lug plate II (7) is connected to a bottom plate lug plate II (11) on the other side of the mold bottom plate (1) by means of an inverted chain hoist II (10). A vertical fine-tuning jack (12) is further arranged on the mold bottom plate (1). The steel track beam installation mold of the present utility model achieves the accurate, convenient and fast installation of steel track beams, and may quickly and accurately adjust without using a crane to lift and adjust the steel track beams, which reduces risks to quality during construction, simplifies installation procedures, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and improves the working efficiency and safety.
