A steel wire rope (300) fixing structure capable of implementing rapid assembly and disassembly, comprising a head end part (100), a bent part (200), and a steel wire rope (300), the bent part (200) being detachably connected to the head end part (100), the connecting part thereof forming a clamping groove (101) and a steel wire rope (300) passage connecting to the clamping groove (101), and the end part of the steel wire rope (300) being provided with a clamping part (400) having a diameter greater than the steel wire rope (300); when the bent part (200) is separated from the head end part (100), the clamping part (400) can enter the clamping groove (101) or exit the clamping groove (101); when the bent part (200) and the head end part (100) are connected, the clamping part (400) is restricted inside the clamping groove (101). By means of fixing a clamping part (400) on one end of a steel wire rope (300), the steel wire rope (300) can be connected to the head end part (100) of an endoscope in a clamping manner, thus implementing separate assembly and disassembly and rapid mounting of the steel wire rope (300), facilitating cost reduction and increasing efficiency.
