Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steerable wheeled luggage case in which the wheels of the luggage case are provided with directivity to easily control the rolling direction of the luggage case when the luggage case is stored with articles for travel and rolled to move. The present invention comprises: a driving unit for enabling a user to rotate a handle, and transmitting the transverse axial rotation of the handle into a vertical axial rotation at both ends of the handle, respectively; a power transmission unit, the top of which is connected to the driving unit to transmit the rotating force of the driving unit to the bottom thereof, and which is foldable within the bar of the handle; and an output unit connected to the bottom of the power transmission unit to slantedly transmit the rotating force transmitted via the power transmission unit to the wheels, and which controls the steering angle of the wheels in the left and right directions, thereby enabling users to control the rolling direction of the luggage case through the rotation of the handle. The present invention enables the luggage case to easily roll without being caught by the legs of the users, or by pedestrians or by obstacles nearby when the luggage case is rolled to move forwards or backwards, thereby significantly improving the mobility thereof and the convenience of using same.
