Abstract:
This steering apparatus is for an outboard motor supported on a hull so as to be rotatable about a steering shaft, the steering apparatus including: a tiller handle; an actuator; and a link member. The tiller handle is attached to the outboard motor. The actuator rotates the tiller handle about the steering shaft. The link member is disposed so as to be movable to a connection position and a disconnection position. The link member transmits a driving force from the actuator to the tiller handle at the connection position. The link member disconnects transmission of the driving force from the actuator to the tiller handle at the disconnection position.
