The present invention relates to a steering column apparatus for a vehicle and, particularly, to a steering column apparatus including: a main housing in which a steering column is accommodated while extending therethrough and which supports the steering column at a predetermined part of a vehicle body; an upper tube which is interposed between an inner circumferential surface of the main housing and an outer circumferential surface of the steering column and moved in conjunction with the steering column during a telescopic operation of the steering column; a guide member which is installed in the main housing and guides an axial direction movement of the upper tube moved in conjunction with the steering column, wherein the guide member includes a tele-guide having a slide way lubricant pocket space which is formed on a surface thereof, facing the outer circumferential surface of the upper tube, and in which a slide way lubricant can be stored. Therefore, the present invention provides an advantage of preventing the generation of impact noise at the time of the reversal of a tele-operation.
