Abstract:
A steering column according to the present invention comprises: a mounting bracket; a housing configured to rotate up/down with regard to the mounting bracket; an inner tube installed in the hollow portion of the housing and configured to extend and contract in the axial direction; a manipulation lever installed on an adjustment bolt, which penetrates the mounting bracket and the housing, so as to perform fastening and unfastening operations; and a telescopic assembly comprising a fixed gear, which is installed on the inner tube, and a movable gear configured to mesh with the fixed gear following an axial movement of the adjustment bolt, wherein a bending plate is provided between the inner tube and the fixed gear.
