The objective of the present invention is to provide a turn control device for a vehicle which prevents a tire steering angle from fluctuating, even if an input from a driver fluctuates, thereby preventing the vehicle behavior from becoming disturbed, and enabling travel such that a person riding in the vehicle is comfortable. To this end, the present invention is provided with a steering input device 31 operated by a driver 1, a steering control device 10 for controlling turning of wheels in accordance with an input from the driver 1, a turning device 37 for turning the wheels in accordance with the steering control device 10, and a higher level computer 2 for creating a target trajectory for the wheels. The steering control device 10 determines the turning of the wheels by comparing the target trajectory with the input into the steering input device 31 by the driver, and if an input that is an intended operation by the driver 1 is input into the steering input device 31, corrects the turning of the wheels by correcting the target trajectory on the basis of the input from the driver 1.
