Abstract:

A steering device of bicycle driven by push and pull includes a push and pull lever (1) which has a handle (14) on the upper end, a rotate shaft (1a), an universal joint (10) which controls the direction, an universal joint bearing (12) and a swing arm (1b). The bottom end of the push and pull lever (1) is hold by the rotate shaft (1a) and connected to one end of the universal joint (10), and a steering assembly (61a) is connected to the other end of the universal joint (10). The universal joint (10) is hold by the universal joint bearing (12) which is fixed to the bicycle frame (5). The rotate shaft (1a) is pivoted on the swing arm (1b) while the swing arm (1b) is pivoted on the bicycle frame (5), furthermore the axle of the swing arm (1b) on the bicycle frame (5) is concentric with the driving center of the universal joint (10), so that the push and pull force is carried out by the handle to the pivot axle of the swing arm which is the pivot point of tension arm to drive the wheel, and to control the direction by turning right and left around the rotate shaft (1a) on the swing arm (1b).
