The embodiments of the present invention relate to household electric appliances. Provided are a steering mechanism, a rotating connection structure and a fan. The steering mechanism comprises a motor, an electric main body and a first connecting member; the motor comprises a motor main body and an output shaft, wherein the output shaft can rotate around a first central axis relative to the motor main body, and the motor main body is mounted on the electric main body; the first connecting member is rotatable around a second central axis relative to the electric main body, the first connecting member is in transmission connection with the output shaft, and the first connecting member is used for supporting the electric main body; and the motor is used for realizing the rotational movement of the electric main body with respect to the first connecting member. Both the steering mechanism and the rotating connection structure can realize the steering movement of the electric main body, so as to adjust the use angle of the electric main body, such that the fan using the steering mechanism or the rotating connection structure can also adjust the use angle of the fan head.
