Abstract:
A steering wheel connecting mechanism, comprising a steering wheel (10), a connecting tubular column (1), a steering tubular column (20), a bead (4), an outer sleeve (5), an outer spring (6), an inner sliding block (7), and an inner spring (8). The steering tubular column (20) is provided with a groove (201), the connecting tubular column (1) is provided with a though hole (11), and the bead (4) can pass through the through hole (11) to enter the groove (201); the outer sleeve (5) and the outer spring (6) are sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting tubular column (1), and the outer spring (6) exerts a tendency on the outer sleeve (5) to move towards the through hole (11); the inner sliding block (7) and the inner spring (8) are mounted on the inner wall of the connecting tubular column (1), and the inner spring (8) exerts a tendency on the inner sliding block (7) to move towards the through hole (11). The steering wheel connecting mechanism at least comprises a disassembled state and a connected state: in the disassembled state, the inner sliding block (7) pushes the bead (4) to move towards the outer sleeve (5), and the bead (4) pushes the outer sleeve (5) to compress the outer spring (6); and in the connected state, an outer spline (3) of the steering tubular column (20) is inserted into an inner spline (2) of the steering wheel (10), the steering tubular column (20) pushes the inner sliding block (7) to compress the inner spring (8), the bead (4) enters the groove (201), the outer spring (6) pushes the outer sleeve (5) to move towards the direction of the through hole (11), and the outer sleeve (5) tightly compresses the bead (4) towards the groove (201). The connecting mechanism facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the steering wheel (10).
