Abstract:
A steering wheel and a vehicle having same. The steering wheel comprises: a steering wheel body (10) comprising a hollow wheel rim (20), the wheel rim (20) being a plastic member and provided with a lamp installation part; internal reinforcement members (30), the internal reinforcement members (30) being provided in the wheel rim (20) and spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the wheel rim (20); an illumination lamp, the illumination lamp being installed on the lamp installation part and used for illumination. The steering wheel meets the lightweight requirement of a vehicle, and is provided with the illumination lamp for illumination. The illumination lamp can enhance the atmosphere in the vehicle, and can improve the driving comfortability of a driver.
