Abstract:
A steering wheel and a vehicle. The steering wheel comprises: an outer ring (100), an inner hub (200), and a connecting portion (300) connected to the outer ring (100) and the inner hub (200) and fixed between the outer ring (100) and the inner hub (200), wherein at least one functional touch area (400) is provided on the connecting portion (300). By providing at least one functional touch area (400) on a connecting portion (300) of a steering wheel and replacing the existing mechanical keys with virtual keys, a steering wheel can be integrated with more functions and there is no need to configure functional control keys at other positions of a vehicle, thereby improving the driving safety.
